Let's get our projects finished up and entered into the UVWC Show October 10th & 11th. It will be held in Spanish Fork at the VFW building. Same place as last year. Contact the President or Vice President for a copy of the Prospectus.

Hey carvers! There is a new carving club that has been formed. Dale Green has been elected president and he has gathered a good group of carvers to sit down with him each month at the Woodcraft Store in Salt Lake. Hey everyone! The Club Photo Album has all of the latest pictures there now. I just feel terrible that not everyone was able to e-mail me with their most glamorous shot. I need to apologize for those of you whose ID Badge pictures I used, Sorry. It was the only shot of you available. Let me know if you want to make a change. The Happy Carver Committee reports that Bruce is at home recovering from injuries he received in a traffic accident Jan 11th. The Good News is that he can still Carve!!! We're looking forward to having him return to the Pres. Chair back in The Shop. We've each taken our turn Sitting-on-the-Nest trying to keep the carving spirit alive while he's out recovering. Get Better Bruce . . . We're Pulling for you!

Look for the new folder with our newsletters from this year. The newsletters will have a different look, however, the same old humor will continue on. Stay 'Sharp' all you carvers.
